The 4 Rolls-rolling machine is widely used to steel plate pre-bending, complete bending, and rough straightening performance.

The upper roll is the main drive to the lower roll and both side rolls, the supporting roll lifting up and put down is control by hydraulic cylinder.

The lower roll up and down, the both sides rolls up and down, their accuracy is max +/-0.2mm

Pr-bending operation

The lower roll is up and clamps the plate end, the side rolls slope and rise up to let the plate end pre-bend.

The position of the both side rolls can be adjusted so that it can bend the plate in Symmetry or Non symmetry. So this machine can be pre-bend operation and complete bending operation. It is no need to use other machine to pre-bend.

This machine is lubricated with grease gum.

The lower roll, both side rolls is control by photocell sensors to make the machine more capability and good performance.

The rolling machine is controlled by PLC from OMRON company to control the position of the lower roll, both side rolls , overturn frame and the support rolls.
