Feeder and Measuring Roller in the straightener

Application

Measuring the length cutting set from the PLC program

Feeder & Measuring roller is mounted on Stress Relieved Frame. In feeder Rollers; Top roll and Bottom roller is Hard Chrome Plated whereas in Measuring Roller; The top roll is actuate up and down by a pair of pneumatic cylinders. The bottom roll must be driven by a servo motor. The measuring roller assembly is with Servo Motor driven which will give the sense of length to be cut. The roller shall be lifted and lowered by a pneumatic cylinder.
