Adopt with fout hi leveler and weld steel plate base and H Type machine structure, 15 straightening rollers total. Each work roll is supported by double range roll pin gear and single direction thrust ball gear, guarantee the work roller without radial and changing. Upper and lower rollers have back up rolls to improve straightening accuracy. The direction of supporting wheel is adjusted. It can protect the material without any marks after leveling.

Straightener rolls are driven via AC drives variable speed motor, gearbox, universal couplings shaft. Upper rolls adjustable by means of 4 worm gears. Adjustment by manual and electrical power
